What's covered
If your EA account is banned or its coins are wiped within 7 days (168 hours) of delivery, our 100% guarantee covers your entire club, including the value of players already in the club—not just the amount paid for the coin order. This is compensation coverage, not a promise that bans or wipes cannot happen.
How to claim
Message us on WhatsApp within the 7 days with your order number and screenshots of the EA ban notice or coin wipe and the players in your club. We review every claim and reply within 24 hours.
How you're refunded
Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, KNET, Apple Pay or Taly). Bank processing times may apply.
Not covered
Bans or coin wipes reported after 7 days from delivery; incidents caused by other services, other sellers or rule breaks on the account; and orders where you logged into the account during delivery after being asked not to.
