What we collect
Order details you enter at checkout (name, WhatsApp number, email, game account details needed to deliver), payment status from MyFatoorah or Taly, and basic visit data (pages viewed, device, approximate country).
Why
To deliver and support your order, prevent fraud, and measure which ads and creator codes bring customers.
Ad measurement
With your permission (or by default outside regions that require consent), we use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to record page views, product views, add to cart, checkout start, WhatsApp clicks and purchases. When an order is paid, our server also reports that purchase (order value, currency, browser identifiers and your device's user agent/IP) to Meta so the same purchase is counted once. We never send game passwords, backup codes or payment card data.
Recipients
Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram ads), Google (Analytics), our payment providers MyFatoorah and Taly, and our delivery suppliers (who never see your phone number).
Your choice
Use "Cookie settings" in the footer to accept or reject ad cookies at any time. Rejecting stops new ad measurement immediately. To delete your data, message us on WhatsApp.
Retention
Game account credentials are deleted after delivery. Order records are kept for accounting.
